Jael has worked in the Real Estate Industry for over 14 years holding several key positions: Realtor®, Escrow Officer, Senior Transaction Coordinator, Sales Manager and Construction Liaison. Having held these positions, Mrs. Munoz has developed exceptional organizational and management skills. Skills she now brings to Loan Stream Mortgage as a Loan Originator, where she oversees the due diligence and closing of all new Mortgage Loans.
Prior to joining Loan Stream Mortgage, Mrs. Muñoz spent several years working closely with Real Estate Investors. Four of these years were spent at Anchor Loans working as a Sales Manager and Construction Liaison. It was there, during the peak of the REO market that she laid the foundation for their Acquisition and Sales Department. Mrs. Muñoz successfully managed the purchase of properties through Trustee Sales, REO and Short Sales all the while she oversaw as many as 60-70 real estate transactions per month.
Additionally, Mrs. Muñoz, while serving as a Sr. Transaction Coordinator, managed over 500 REO properties for one of the top real estate offices in Las Vegas. Mrs. Muñoz’s vast and varied experience working in the real estate industry gives her an exceptional understanding of how to most efficiently process transactions through from beginning to end. She works closely with her clients by listening to their wants and needs prior to qualification. Each one of her clients has enjoyed working with her to purchase their Dream or Refinance their existing Home.
